I am flying to Bali on Tuesday 18 October on Qatar Airways. I choose Qatar because I can take Bobbie (my bicycle) as checked luggage. They allow 2x23kgs per passenger in Economy Class. I arrive on Thursday 20th. I’ve booked accommodation at the Sultans of Swell backpackers hostel in Uluwatu. I plan to spend a few days there and scuba dive with Manta Rays. Then I shall begin my journey through Java to Jakarta My planned route is below. Each marker represents a day’s cycle
From Jakarta, I shall fly to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in Vietnam. Details to follow soon
